Granddaddy and I picked up JB from school, and we went to Logan’s for lunch. After that, Dad and I took the afternoon off work to go play with JB and Nanny. We sat in their bedroom and watched Mary Poppins (it was her first time to see it), and we acted out lots of the scenes! Granddaddy acted out alot of the dance scenes, and he pretended to be a horse during the carousel scene so that JB could ride around like the kids on the movie. They even put on hats, just like everyone in the movie wore.

After a fun afternoon of movies, we went to dinner at El Potrillo, and Uncle Nate met us there. He taught us how to make tortilla face masks while we were waiting on the check.

In these two pics (above and below), JB and Nanny are making masks, and then looking at each other through the mask.
After dinner, we headed back home for bathtime, storytime, and bedtime. Overall, it was a good day!
JB’s eyes are BEAUTIFUL!
